Searches for properties on the THG Realty website, FMLS, Realtor.com , Zillow and other platforms.

Buyer locates a property of interest and passes it on to the THG Realty Buyers Team

THG Realty assigns a Buyer’s team members to assist in showing the property to the Buyer.

Buyer identifies a property of interest and requests THG Realty to take the process further.

THG Realty Buyer’s team members will compose an offer, assist in negotiations, and prepare legal contract documents.

The buyer attends the home inspection. Once the inspection is complete, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to submit the report to the THG Realty Buyer’s team member.

THG Realty Buyer’s team members assist with negotiations with sellers, concessions, repairs, and other discounts.

The Buyer is fully responsible and accountable for communication with the mortgage broker and should provide all the required documents to the lender for final loan approval.
